RVAI currently has a corpus of ₹ 55,00,000/- invested in Income Tax approved Deposits. The interest from the deposits is given as scholarships. Over the past two decades, 40 scholarships have been given to children of both non-teaching and Teaching staff. The School supplements the scholarships with an interest free loans. All the students who have finished their education and have taken up employment has repaid/started to repay the interest free loans to the School.
FCRA:
The trust has registration under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act and is therefore eligible to receive donations from NRI Alumni and other donors.
INCOME TAX EXEMPTION UNDER Section 80G:
Donations to the Trust is exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act and therefore donors will get tax exemption for 50% of their donations.
